KEF type electromagnetic flowmeter

The KEF electromagnetic flowmeter is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed by our company using advanced technology both domestically and internationally. It has high measurement accuracy, high reliability, good stability, and long service life. In the process of designing product structure, material selection, manufacturing process, production assembly, and factory testing, we are very meticulous and strict in every step. The KEF electromagnetic flowmeter is specially designed with a Chinese LCD display with backlight and wide temperature range. It has complete and practical functions, intuitive display, convenient operation and use, and can reduce the trouble of installation, use, and maintenance.

General features:

1. There are no movable parts inside the measuring tube, which is easy to maintain and manage, so the sensor has a long service life; No flow blocking components, therefore no pressure loss.

2. The minimum conductivity of the tested liquid can reach 5 µ S/CM, and when combined with various lining materials, it can achieve good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for measuring the flow rate of various acid, alkali, salt solutions, as well as media such as mud, slurry, and pulp.

3. The accuracy is relatively high, usually ± 0.5%, ± 0.3%, ± 0.2%.

4. It has non-linear correction of instrument coefficients, which can further improve measurement accuracy.

5. The range of electromagnetic flow sensors is extremely wide, and the range ratio of the same electromagnetic flow meter can reach 50:1. In addition, the electromagnetic flowmeter is only proportional to the average flow velocity of the measured medium and is independent of the flow state (laminar or turbulent) under axisymmetric distribution.

6. Bidirectional measurement system, capable of measuring forward flow and reverse flow.

7. LCD backlight display, capable of online parameter modification, simple and convenient operation.
